Cooking instructions: 15 to 20g of dosa mix makes 1 Dosa

Making the Batter:

1. Take 100 gm of Chilla/dosa mix in a bowl
2. Add 1.5 times water
3. Mix well to avoid lumps and get the desired pourable consistency of batter.
4. You can start making Chilla/dosa instantly as the batter is pre-fermented

Making Dosa:
1. Preheat a non-stick pan/tawa to medium heat, then lightly grease with oil/ghee. Wipe away extra oil with a cloth or tissue from the tawa.
2. Pour batter onto the pan/tawa, spread into a thin circle.
3. Add a bit of oil/ghee around the edges.
4. Flip when edges turn golden & cook both sides.
5. Pair with chutney or sambar
