Cooking instructions: 15g - 20g of dosa mix makes 1 Dosa

Making the Batter:

1. Take 100 gm of dosa mix in a bowl.
2. Add 1.5 times water
3. Mix well to avoid lumps and get the desired pourable consistency of dosa batter.
4. You can start making dosa instantly as the batter is pre-fermented

Making Dosa:
1. Preheat a non-stick pan/tawa to medium heat, then lightly grease with oil/ghee. Wipe away extra oil with a cloth or tissue from the tawa.
2. Pour batter onto the pan/tawa, spread into a thin circle.
3. Add a bit of oil/ghee around the edges.
4. Flip when edges turn golden & cook both sides.
5. Pair with chutney or sambar
